During the dinner scene of the play Macbeth became "distant from all" that were around him. He started seeing ghosts and went into hysteria. Everyone can see him "fail and become weak". Macbeth now realized that "heavy is the head that wears the crown". He knew that there was a lot of pressure to be king and that people wanted him dead. People like Macduff wanted to see the "tyrant" "fall down". With no real contact with people Macbeth loses his soul. Macbeth has become power hungry and doesn't trust anybody and doesn't care. His life is "through and rearranged". Macbeth now believes that no one is "good for him".
Both Macbeth and the singer have the same feelings towards others. Neither of them cares what happens to others as long as they're happy. Both lost their ability to communicate and trust other people for different circumstances and that's what led to their troubles. If Macbeth as well as the singer had both talked and trusted others they could have avoided all the tears and pain.
